For the last 20 years I have thoroughly enjoyed the company of just the best of owners. They have really taken me under their wing and made me into what I am today. I reside on a great level block in a safe, peaceful and friendly location with excellent neighbours surrounding me. Recently I was freshly painted both inside and out and I now have new flooring throughout. My updated kitchen looks across the family room to a wonderful child-safe yard and a most generous covered outdoor entertaining area with its own bar/barbeque area and 6-person spa. As well as the drive-thru lock-up garage on one side of me I have a high-roof carport for the caravan or motorhome on the Northern side which also provides access to my back yard.
From my kitchen window, I can see the distant mountain range and there are no neighbours at my rear which gives me added privacy. I love it when the wallabies pay me a visit and the Kookaburras drop in for a feed. I come with Solar power/Solar hot water and Gas heating and cooking. It is a bonus to have both the city and the school buses stop at my door. When you discover me I am fairly certain that I will appeal to you in all sorts of ways as I have a lot to offer.
