With more than 35 years experience in the hospitality industry in senior management position at some of Australian largest and best known hotels including the Regent Sydney, Sheraton Sydney, Hilton Sydney, Rydges Wentworth and Sheraton Breakwater Casino Hotel Townsville. I was a national judge at the Paddock to Palates in 1998 in Armidale and also is an ex-committee member of the Restaurant & Caterer Association Brisbane.
